Domestic & International Shipping:

• Delivery time: Ugg Boots: 2-14 business days depending on stock and location.

• Order confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming your purchase and estimated dispatch date within 24-48 hours.
  
  
• Peak periods: Orders may take longer during Easter and Christmas.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Incorrect orders: Notify UggLife within 7 days if you receive an incorrect order. We'll handle the return and send the correct item.
  
  
• Change of mind: Unfortunately, UggLife doesn't offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.
  
  
• Faulty items: You can choose an exchange or store credit for faulty items, wrongly described items, items different from the website description, or items that don't perform as advertised.
  
  
• Return shipping: You'll need to pay for shipping your return back to UggLife. Use the "Pay Return Shipping" link in your cart to pay the charges.
